🧾 How to Start a Return

  1. 📲 Start your return by emailing us at contactus@saachistyle.com.
  2. ✨ Choose your return option: 110% store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  3. 🖨️ Print your return label after approval.
  4. 📦 Pack your items securely with the original invoice or packing slip.
  5. 🚚 Ship your package using the provided label.

Refunds or store credits are issued after your return is received and inspected. You'll receive an email once processed. 💌

Return TLDR

  • Return window: 20 days from delivery date; items must be unworn, unused, with tags and receipt.
  • Best option: 110% store credit, free return label, never expires (not cash, not stackable).
  • Refund option: Refund minus label cost, $7 restocking, $50 over $600, and any original shipping.
  • Final sale/no return: All Sales Final items, custom/personalized items, hygiene-sensitive jewelry, third-party purchases.
  • Problems & Klarna: Report damaged or incorrect items within 5 days; Klarna returns within 14 days.

  • Extra value: Receive 10% more than your original purchase.
  • No return shipping fee: We cover the return label.
  • Faster processing: Credit issued once scanned.
  • No expiration date.
  • Valid on all items (including sale).
  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Available once per original order. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

💳 Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.

  • $7 restocking fee per order.
  • $50 processing fee for returns over $500 (including multiple orders within 60 days).
  • Return shipping label cost deducted from refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags.
  • Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery.
  • Invoice or packing slip required.
  • All Sales Final, custom items, earrings, third-party purchases are not returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please email photos and your order number to contactus@saachistyle.com within 5 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked delivered by the carrier, orders are considered fulfilled. We will assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements.

Klarna Returns

Returns paid with Klarna must be initiated within 14 days. Continue payments until confirmed.
