Missing Package Policy
Missing Package Policy
A package marked "delivered" but nowhere in sight? We get it — it's stressful. Here's exactly what to do, and what happens next.
Take a breath, then take a look
Carriers sometimes scan packages as "delivered" a little early. Please wait 72 hours before reaching out, and do a careful sweep:
- Around your property — front door, side gate, porch, bushes
- With neighbors, doormen, or building staff
- Mailrooms, parcel lockers, or safe drop-off spots
- With anyone else in your household who may have grabbed it
Most "missing" packages turn up within this window.
Double-check your shipping address
Before reaching out, take a quick look at the address you entered at checkout. Typos and incomplete addresses are the top reason orders go astray.
Email us within 7 days
If your package still hasn't surfaced after 72 hours, email contactus@saachistyle.
Claims filed after 7 days may not be eligible for review — the sooner we know, the more we can do.
We'll investigate with the carrier
Once we hear from you, we open a case with the carrier and review it one-on-one. Two things can happen:
If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit: We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever works best given what's in stock.
If the carrier confirms successful delivery — through tracking, GPS, photo, or signature — our responsibility ends there.
A note on higher-value orders
For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation or add extra delivery safeguards. Once the carrier confirms delivery as arranged, our responsibility ends.
What we're not able to cover
We unfortunately can't be responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
- Packages sent to forwarding services, mailrooms, or parcel lockers
- Theft after confirmed delivery
- Unattended or insecure delivery locations chosen by the customer
- Claims submitted outside the 7-day window
One last thing
We reserve the right to deny claims where we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity. We want every real issue handled with care — this clause just protects the experience for everyone else.
