We stand behind our products for your satisfaction. Unused items can be returned within 20 days of the ship date for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with SAACHI tags, and accompanied by the original invoice. Orders over $100 will require an $8 restocking fee. Damaged Items Policy:

If an item is damaged, you must send a picture of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving to sales@inthingscorp.com. Once the item is received by our sales team, you will receive an email with return instructions.

Refund Policy:

You will receive an email notification from SAACHI when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges:

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.

Price Adjustments:

Price adjustments can be made within 10 days for store credit.

Final Sales:

All sales from third party websites, redeemed coupons, and items marked as Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, or store credit.

Free Shipping: Orders above $40 will be shipped for free and arrive in 2-5 business days.
