- Return window: 20 days from delivery.
- Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags and proof of purchase.
- Final sale: All Sales Final items, custom/personalized items, hygiene-sensitive jewelry, and third-party purchases are not returnable.

- Free return label (we cover it).
- Issued once your return is scanned by the carrier.
- No expiration. Valid on all items (including sale).
- One-time use per original order. Not redeemable for cash.
💳 Refund to Original Payment Method
- Processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- $7 restocking fee per order.
- $50 processing fee on returns over $500.
- Return label cost and original shipping are deducted.
Important Notes
- Damaged or incorrect items: Email photos and your order number within 5 days of delivery.
- Lost or stolen packages: Once marked delivered, orders are considered fulfilled. We’ll assist with carrier investigations.
- Klarna returns: Must be initiated within 14 days. Payments continue until the return is confirmed.
