Items must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Damaged Items Policy:
If Items are damaged, customer must send a picture of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item is received by our sales team, customer will receive an email with return instructions.
You will receive an email notification from SAACHI when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
Price adjustment can be made within 10 days for store credit.
All sales from third party websites, redeemed coupons, and items marked as Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, or store credit.
Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and cannot be returned.
