If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a store credit or refund on unworn items within 10 days of the ship date. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with SAACHI tags intact and accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. Damaged Items Policy:

If an item is damaged, you must send a picture of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving to sales@inthingscorp.com. Once the item is received by our sales team, you will receive an email with return instructions.

Refund Policy:

You will receive an email notification from SAACHI when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges:

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.

Price Adjustments:

Price adjustments can be made within 10 days for store credit.
