We stand behind all of our watches with a 12-month warranty. If you purchase a SAACHI watch that stops working as a result of a manufacturer's defect at any time during the initial 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the item with a valid receipt of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any document to show proof of purchase. We are unable to honor the warranty without proof of purchase. Please note: Warranty will be void if watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I get my watch battery replaced? Please take your watch to a qualified local watch repair center or jeweler to have the battery replaced. It is very important that a battery is replaced by an experienced professional who can properly seal the watch to prevent damage to the movement.
